Lloyd's Register in Spain seeks an In-Service Yacht Sales Manager to lead and grow the in-service yacht portfolio across the UK, Spain, Italy, and France. You will deepen relationships with yacht owners, managers, operators, shipyards, and designers.

The role focuses on delivering revenue targets, portfolio retention, and identifying new business opportunities while representing LR at industry events. A bachelor’s degree and fluency in English are required, with additional language skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, maritime studies, or related field.
• Fluency in English required; additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is welcome.
• Significant commercial experience in maritime, yacht, marine services, or related sectors.
• Strong negotiation and commercial judgement.
• Self-motivated with ability to work across a geographically diverse region.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop Lloyd's Register's in-service yacht portfolio across the UK, Spain, Italy, and France.
• Deliver annual revenue, portfolio retention, and growth targets aligned with regional objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with yacht owners, managers, operators, brokers, shipyards, designers, and technical managers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the yacht lifecycle.
• Represent Lloyd's Register at industry conferences, yacht shows and client functions.
