Click&Boat is hiring a Sales Executive in Barcelona to drive the French market within our Sales Team. You will manage a pipeline of French-speaking clients, collaborate with Supply and Customer Care, and deliver tailor-made boating experiences on a fast-growing marketplace.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to autonomously manage the full sales cycle from needs discovery to closing and upsell.

Formación

• Native French and fluent in English.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience preferred.
• Autonomously manage the full sales cycle from understanding needs to closing and upselling.
• Team player with a customer-satisfaction driven attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customers' needs and advise on boat searches, negotiating best options with owners using warm leads.
• Maximize conversion by applying sales strategies and supporting customers through the booking process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty for repeat business and referrals.
