Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive tailor-made boating experiences for French-speaking clients. You will collaborate with Supply and Customer Care to ensure a seamless, high-quality service and build strong relationships with boat owners and customers.

You will leverage warm leads, negotiate favorable prices, and guide customers through the booking journey while contributing to growth in a fast-paced marketplace.

Formación

• Bilingual French and fluent in English.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Team player with initiative and a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers on boat searches and negotiate the best prices with Click&Boat owners, using warm leads in your pipeline.
• Maximise conversion rate by applying sales strategies and guiding customers through the booking process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty for repeat business and referrals.

Conocimientos
