Matchtech is recruiting a Senior Technician/Engineer for a Barcelona-based service role supporting maintenance, repair and refit of luxury sailing yachts up to 90 feet.

You will work across steering, propulsion, mechanical and plumbing systems with a hands-on approach, delivering high-quality servicing to strict industry standards. Fluent English and Spanish are required, EU work rights preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in marine engineering.
• Valid EU work permit or right to work in Spain.
• Strong knowledge across steering, propulsion, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Experience servicing, repairing and refitting marine systems on yachts.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Service and repair marine steering systems.
• Propulsion system maintenance and repairs.
• Overhaul engine rooms and basic engine servicing.
• Maintain marine pumps, seacocks and plumbing.
• Conduct refit work and ensure safety standards.
• Produce technical reports and coordinate with team.
• Plan workload and meet schedules.
• Uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.
