Job summary

Grupo Oesía is seeking an In Service Support Manager - Tactical & Satellite Communications to lead maintenance and support projects for tactical and satellite communication systems. You will coordinate with customers and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure system availability, service continuity and contract adherence.

The role requires engineering background, strong project management experience, and ability to manage schedules, costs and quality while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Experience in technical project management, maintenance, and in-service support.
• Experience managing projects with responsibility for schedule, cost, scope, and quality.
• Experience coordinating technical teams, logistics, suppliers, and support activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage maintenance and support projects for communication systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, repairs, field support and technical assistance.
• Manage upgrades, incidents, obsolescence issues and modifications.
• Monitor planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables and KPIs.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the customer and contractual follow-up.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and suppliers.
• Monitor system availability and service levels.
• Identify additional support, modernization or contract extension needs during project execution.
