Job summary

Grupo Oesía is seeking a Support Manager – Electro-Optical Systems to lead maintenance and in-service support for EO systems in Madrid or Valdepeñas. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage customer relationships and ensure delivered milestones.

You will work in a hybrid model, traveling as needed, and contribute to upgrades, obsolescence management and lifecycle support for high-value defense projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance or ISS projects.
• Experience coordinating teams, suppliers and customers.
• Knowledge of EO/IR, sensors or electronics, preferably within Defence.
• Knowledge of maintenance, obsolescence management and lifecycle support.
• Professional English proficiency and willingness to travel.
• Desirable experience with ILS, SLA, KPIs, ERP and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage maintenance and support projects for electro-optical systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, HW/SW support, repairs and technical assistance.
• Manage upgrades, modifications, obsolescence and enhancements to in-service systems.
• Monitor planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables and KPIs.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the customer and monitor contractual commitments.
• Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
• Support the preparation of scope extensions and new requirements identified during contract execution.
