Zusammenfassung

Grupo Oesía is seeking a proactive Support Manager for Electro-Optical Systems, based in Madrid or Valdepeñas, with a hybrid working model. You will lead maintenance and In-Service support projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver reliable service across the system lifecycle.

You will liaise with customers, monitor plans, costs, milestones and KPIs, and drive upgrades and obsolescence management while ensuring contractual commitments are met.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing maintenance or In-Service Support (ISS) projects.
• Experience coordinating teams, suppliers and customers.
• Knowledge of EO/IR, sensors or electronics, preferably within the Defence sector.
• Knowledge of maintenance, obsolescence management and lifecycle support.
• Professional English proficiency and willingness to travel.
• Desirable experience with ILS, SLA, KPIs, ERP and project management tools.

Aufgaben

• Plan and manage maintenance and support projects for electro-optical systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, HW/SW support, repairs and technical assistance.
• Manage upgrades, modifications, obsolescence and enhancements to in-service systems.
• Monitor planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables and KPIs.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the customer and monitor contractual commitments.
• Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
• Support the preparation of scope extensions and new requirements identified during contract execution.
