ADP Employer Services Spain is seeking an experienced Manager, Implementation to lead a team of project managers, consultants and apps specialists in delivering high-quality payroll and HR system implementations for clients. You will report to the Implementation Director and drive delivery excellence across Starts, SLAs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar position or implementing projects.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing people.
• Knowledge of Labor Law, Social security and Taxes in Spain and/or Portugal.
• Knowledge of Payroll and HR systems.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of project managers, consultants and apps specialists in Spain.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality implementations on time and within scope.
• Align team efforts with the Strategy and Goals of the Business Unit.
• Assign resources and manage workload to meet deadlines.
