Job summary

EQS in Barcelona is seeking a proactive Customer Implementation Manager to drive successful onboarding of our compliance solutions in a B2B SaaS environment. You will own end-to-end projects, coordinate stakeholders across the lifecycle, and translate customer needs into actionable plans.

You will guide trainings, workshops, and go-live activities, collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, and ensure a smooth handover for long-term satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• We expect a university degree, vocational training, or comparable professional experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Solid IT affinity and ability to learn new software, workflows, and system topics quickly.
• Identify with EQS values and work in a responsible, respectful, and trustworthy manner.
• Show initiative, ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset while staying customer-focused and collaborative.
• Confident using MS Office and maintaining structured documentation, timelines, and customer communication.
• Comfortable using AI-supported tools to improve efficiency, structure information, or prepare customer-facing work with sound judgment and data confidentiality.
• Enjoy managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders, maintaining tasks structured and moving forward.
• C1-level proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• French, Italian or Spanish speaking skills are a strong plus
• First professional experience in B2B SaaS, software implementation, onboarding, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience delivering customer trainings, workshops, or onboarding sessions in a SaaS context
• Experience in compliance, governance, regulatory, or other complex B2B software environments

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects for EQS compliance solutions, from kickoff and planning through go-live and handover
• Guide customers through milestones, timelines, deliverables, trainings, and workshops to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Translate customer needs into structured implementation plans, advise on configuration decisions and rollout approach, and contribute feedback that helps improve our products and internal processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactively
• Manage project delivery by monitoring timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and next steps in a structured and customer-oriented way
• Support go-live preparation, validate key implementation documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a smooth post-launch handover that sets the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
