Job summary

EQS is seeking a capable Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end onboarding of its compliance SaaS solutions for enterprise customers.

You will coordinate across a broad stakeholder set, translate needs into actionable plans, and guide customers through milestones from kickoff to go-live.

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable professional experience in a customer-facing environment.
• First professional experience in B2B SaaS, software implementation, onboarding, or a similar role.
• Experience delivering customer trainings, workshops, or onboarding sessions in a SaaS context.
• Strong IT affinity and ability to learn new software products quickly.
• C1-level proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken); Spanish or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and handover.
• Guide customers through milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Translate customer needs into structured implementation plans and advise on configuration and rollout approaches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Monitor timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and next steps in a structured, customer-oriented way.
• Support go-live preparation and post-launch handover to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

• In this role, you will help our customers get value from EQS solutions quickly and confidently. You will manage implementations with a strong customer focus, coordinate stakeholders across the project lifecycle, and contribute ideas that make our onboarding processes even more scalable and effective
• Own and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects for EQS compliance solutions, from kickoff and planning through go-live and handover
• Guide customers through project milestones, timelines, deliverables, trainings, and workshops to ensure a smooth and transparent onboarding experience
• Translate customer needs into structured implementation plans, advise on configuration decisions and rollout approach, and contribute feedback that helps improve our products and internal processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactively
• Manage project delivery by monitoring timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and next steps in a structured and customer-oriented way
• Support go-live preparation, validate key implementation documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a smooth post-launch handover that sets the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
