Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking an MEP Manager to lead the definition and enhancement of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS systems for our European building projects, from design through construction and operation.

You will act as the SME for Mechanical & Electrical & HVAC, guiding Construction, Preconstruction, Sustainability and Worldwide Building Design teams, reviewing templates and implementing sustainability improvements while supporting travel across multiple

Formación

• Master's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, or CAD software.
• Experience with simulation and 3D modeling software.
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems design.

Responsabilidades

• Review, challenge and improve mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS services for new-built or refurbishment projects
• Lead cost savings initiatives
• Collect and sync feedback from developers, GCs and Consultants and internal stakeholders
• Assist Preconstruction and Construction Managers during design reviews
• Deep dive into technical details and lead problem resolution on a need basis
