Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) seeks an experienced designer to oversee post-occupancy tenant improvements and mid-size site projects across the EMEA region. You will lead design efforts based on customer needs, collaborate with external design teams, and ensure alignment with Corporate Workplace concepts from the Global Design team.

The role emphasizes data-driven design refinements, cross-functional collaboration with regional teams, and adherence to global guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience in project and program management.
• Experience in facilities management or construction or project management.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Proficient written and oral communication with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of key technology and market trends.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
• Experience identifying, mitigating, and managing business risks and tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build constructive relationships to navigate complex situations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage design of post-occupancy tenant improvements and small/medium site projects.
• Collaborate with external/vendor design teams on some projects.
• Align design with Global Design concepts for Corporate Workplace.
• Inform Guidelines and Standards on design elements.
