Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Services Technical Expert (MEP Manager) to lead the definition and improvement of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS systems across new and refurbishment projects in our European network.

Based in Spain or Italy with 50% travel, you will act as SME and bridge Construction, Preconstruction, Sustainability and Worldwide Building Design teams.

Formación

• Master's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Project, or CAD software.
• Experience with simulation and 3D modeling software.
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems design.

Responsabilidades

• Review, challenge and improve mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS services for new-built or refurbishment projects.
• Lead cost savings initiatives.
• Collect and sync feedback from developers, GCs and Consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Assist Preconstruction and Construction Managers during design reviews.
• Deep dive into technical details and lead problem resolution on a need basis.
