dLocal is seeking a Principal Security Engineer - Identity & Access to drive our identity evolution in a rapidly growing fintech environment. You will architect and implement scalable IAM, JML, SoD, and certifications, while leading federation (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2/SCIM) and Zero Trust across cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem environments.

Formación

• Proven track record designing, building, or scaling Identity and Access programs in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern workforce identity systems and lifecycle processes (JML, SoD, Certifications).
• Proficiency with protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth2, SCIM) and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Strong ability to mentor, lead, and document solutions for scalable enterprise IAM.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer the Identity Lifecycle and automate JML, SoD, and certifications.
• Design and scale authentication, authorization, and federation across cloud and on-premises.
• Lead identity integration during mergers, acquisitions, and large transformations.
• Configure integrations, write RBAC policies, and build IGA platforms hands-on.
• Codify governance with self-service workflows and automated controls.
• Represent IAM in cross-functional discussions and align security with velocity.
