Job summary

The Lemon Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a dedicated customer support agent to help Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone and live chat. You will liaise with service providers to resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate CRM records while following established procedures.

The role requires Icelandic (native/C2) and fluent English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a readiness to work full-time in a dynamic international team. Bonuses are awarded quarterly.

Qualifications

• Icelandic native or C2 level with fluent English communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening.
• Proficient with Office 365, CRM platforms and web interfaces.
• Strong critical thinking and solution-driven mindset.
• Resilient and adaptable under high volume or complex situations.
• Previous experience in customer support, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone and live chat with bookings, payments and account inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between customers and service providers to ensure swift, high-quality resolution.
• Maintain accuracy updating customer accounts using our CRM system and internal databases.
• Follow company procedures while creatively solving unique customer challenges.
• Contribute to team goals and uphold high customer-satisfaction standards.
