Job summary

The Lemon Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a dedicated customer support agent to help Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone and live chat. You will liaise with service providers to resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate CRM records while following established procedures.

The role requires Icelandic (native/C2) and fluent English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a readiness to work full-time in a dynamic international team. Bonuses are awarded quarterly.

Benefits & Work Conditions

• Contract: Full-time (38.5 hours/week), Monday to Sunday schedule with fixed shifts and 2 days off per week.
• Salary: €23,500 gross/year (with quarterly performance bonuses).
