Job summary

The Lemon Consulting seeks a Customer Support Advisor to handle Booking inquiries from international travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide. You will listen, respond, and mediate to ensure a high level of service, with a focus on understanding customer needs via email and phone.

Working 38.5 hours per week on a temporary contract, you will cover shifts from 09:00 to 20:00, with 27 holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Icelandic at C2 level and strong English.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Office 365, CRM databases and internal platforms.
• Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
• Flexible with changing priorities and business processes.
• Affinity with accommodation platforms.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify customer needs; listen, respond and mediate between travellers and suppliers to ensure high service levels.
• Clarify inquiries about service, payment and technical requirements; provide accurate information and follow processes via email and phone.
