Recruitment Direct in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking an Icelandic-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a temporary contract. You will assist international travelers and accommodation suppliers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely issue resolution in a fast-paced travel environment.

The role requires native Icelandic (C2) and advanced English, with office-based work and potential for home working within 100 km.

Formación

• Native or proficient Icelandic (C2) and advanced English (both written and spoken).
• Customer service experience in a service, hospitality, or contact center environment is valued.
• Proficiency with Office 365, CRM databases, and internal platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to and understand the needs of international travelers and accommodation suppliers.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, following procedures to resolve inquiries.
• Mediate between travelers and accommodation providers to resolve payments, service, and technical issues.
• Clarify service details and offer clear, accurate information on processes and requirements.
• Follow established workflows and escalation processes for timely resolution.
• Ensure a positive customer experience with empathetic and effective support.
