Qualifications

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Enrollment in Hospitality Management or related program.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Team player with willingness to assist across tasks.
• Willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director General, including scheduling meetings and managing emails.
• Maintain organized records and filing for correspondence and reports.
• Greet guests and assist with guest services to ensure a positive experience.
• Support operations at front desk, inventory management, and inter-department liaison.
• Assist with data entry and basic data analysis to support decisions.
• Help coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics.
• Provide general office assistance and errands.
