Unilin Panels seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager Decorative Solutions to drive growth of our decorative range in the Iberian market. You will identify project opportunities, work with architects and designers, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to specify our panels in upcoming projects.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years B2B experience in development or value-added products within a technically challenging environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and customer focus with long-term relationships.
• Confident communicator and negotiator with structured, autonomous work style.

Aufgaben

• Identify new project opportunities and follow up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Planning, R&D and Marketing on pricing, positioning and launches.
• Visit customers and prospects regularly; provide technical and commercial guidance and training.
• Main focus on the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal) with remote work from home and travel across the region.
