Nutreco offers a Plant Manager Development Programme with rotation across Iberian plants to build end-to-end production leadership and work alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategy into daily operations in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Formación

Leadership experience in production/manufacturing
Degree in Engineering or related field
English level B2 or higher
Relocation availability to any province across Spain or Portugal
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilidades

Rotate across Iberian plants to build end-to-end production leadership
Lead a manufacturing facility and develop leadership capabilities
Translate strategy into daily operations and drive operational excellence
Collaborate with experienced plant managers to apply plant operations knowledge across Spain and Portugal
Gain end-to-end experience in a production environment
