A global leader in animal nutrition is looking for a Plant Manager Development Programme participant to deepen plant operations knowledge. In this immersive role, the selected candidate will learn from experienced managers, applying leadership skills to enhance operational excellence across manufacturing facilities in Spain and Portugal. Formación

• A degree in Engineering or a related field is essential.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a production role required.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in manufacturing is expected.
• B2 level or above of English (Cambridge standard) is necessary.
• Willingness to relocate within Spain or Portugal is crucial.
