Nutreco offers a Plant Manager Development Programme with rotation across Iberian plants to build end-to-end production leadership and work alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategy into daily operations in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Leadership experience in production/manufacturing
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• English level B2 or higher
• Relocation availability to any province across Spain or Portugal

In this Plant Manager Development Programme, you will rotate across Iberian plants to build end-to-end production leadership. You will work with experienced plant managers to translate strategy into daily operations and develop your leadership capabilities in a hands-on manufacturing setting. The role combines cross-plant exposure with real operational challenges to prepare you for plant leadership within a global organization.
