A global leader in animal nutrition is looking for a Plant Manager Development Programme participant to deepen plant operations knowledge. In this immersive role, the selected candidate will learn from experienced managers, applying leadership skills to enhance operational excellence across manufacturing facilities in Spain and Portugal. A degree in Engineering, at least two years in leadership, and willingness to relocate are essential. This position offers a competitive salary and structured career development opportunities.

Formación

• A degree in Engineering or a related field is essential.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a production role required.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in manufacturing is expected.
• B2 level or above of English (Cambridge standard) is necessary.
• Willingness to relocate within Spain or Portugal is crucial.

What you'll do

Helping to build a deep understanding of plant operations across our production network in Spain and Portugal, you'll be responsible for learning and applying the knowledge required to lead a manufacturing facility, developing your leadership capability across real operational challenges, and gaining end‑to‑end experience of a production environment. You'll also rotate across different plants and functions, working alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategic goals into day‑to‑day operational excellence.

We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident and credible, with the drive and potential to lead others and inspire respect through your actions. You'll bring a proven track record in leadership and a solid background in production or manufacturing environments.

You’ll Also Need

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position
• At least 3 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing company
• English at B2 level or above (Cambridge University standard)
• Willingness to relocate to any province across Spain or Portugal
