Novonesis is seeking a senior technical specialist to drive monogastric nutrition and formulation in Iberia (Spain & Portugal). You will work with sales and marketing teams to support enzyme product deployment for swine and poultry, and lead collaboration with CROs for trial protocols.

The role offers home-office flexibility within Spain, with up to 50% travel within the region and occasional travel to Denmark and other EU countries as needed.

Formación

• Master in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine required.
• 7–10 years of business experience in the feed industry.
• Expert in Monogastric nutrition and formulation.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of animal enzyme business in Iberia (Spain & Portugal).
• Collaborate with regional and global teams and CROs on trial protocols.
• Provide technical assistance for feed formulation and trials.
• Represent Novonesis at events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and technical teams to meet goals.
