DNP Photo Imaging Europe seeks a Country Manager for the Iberia area to oversee all three business units—Service, Photo Distribution, and TTR. You will drive profitability, lead cross-functional teams, and develop local market strategies in Spain and Portugal while ensuring alignment with group objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in business leadership, strong CRM and financial acumen, and a proven track record in sales growth and strategic planning.

Formación

• 8+ years in business management with P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across service, distribution, and tech.
• Experience in event services, photo distribution, or technology-driven sectors.
• Strong CRM and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the country strategy across all business units.
• Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of the Iberia operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align with group business goals.
• Drive sales performance and market penetration for all product lines.
• Monitor KPIs, optimize operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
