Morgan Philips Group is seeking an experienced Plant Director to lead a complex manufacturing operation in Spain, Aragón. The role reports to the Operations Director and focuses on reliability, safety, efficiency and quality across the site.

You will drive performance improvements, develop leadership capabilities, manage budgets and investments, and ensure the organization is equipped to meet future operational challenges in a well-established plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or Business Management valued.
• Proven track record leading manufacturing operations with full operational and financial responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a complex manufacturing site to deliver safety, quality, productivity and reliability.
• Drive performance improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Develop leadership capabilities and manage budgets, capital investments, and P&L responsibilities.
