q.beyond ibérica S.L. is seeking an HR Tech & Automation Manager to own and evolve our HR systems landscape in Spain. You will analyze HR processes, automate workflows, and develop Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on adopting AI and automation solutions, leading HR technology projects, and ensuring high-quality data for efficient end-to-end processes. Fluent English is expected; German is a plus.

Formación

• Several years of experience in HR Systems, HR Technology, HR Operations, or Process Excellence.
• Experience with HR systems such as REXX or similar platforms.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools, ideally Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Own and further develop the HR systems landscape.
• Analyze and automate HR processes and workflows.
• Develop and maintain HR reporting and Power BI dashboards.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
• Lead HR technology and process improvement projects.
• Ensure high-quality HR data and efficient end-to-end processes.
