dss+ is seeking a Principal (Equity Partner) in Operations Consulting to lead the growth of our Safety and Operations practice across Spain and Portugal. You will partner with senior executives, shape transformation programs, and drive high-impact engagements across multiple asset-intensive industries.

This role requires a track record of delivering measurable improvements, strong business development, and the ability to manage complex client relationships while building teams and delivering

Formación

• Significant experience in management consulting with a focus on operations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes across industries.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in productivity and costs.
• Strong business development, account management and client relationships.
• Experience working with asset-intensive organisations such as mining, oil & gas, chemicals, and manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale safety, operational transformation and performance programmes.
• Develop and expand strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify and convert business development opportunities across Spain and Portugal.
• Manage and grow key client accounts within target industries.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams to deliver measurable client impact.
• Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and managers across project teams.
• Support proposal development, commercial negotiations, and solution design.
• Contribute to thought leadership and the continued evolution of dss+ operational excellence offerings.
• Support regional leadership in executing growth strategies and market expansion plans.
