Job summary

Intuitive is seeking an Iberia FSO Manager to partner with Iberia Senior Leadership, delivering strategic insights and guiding financial planning activities. You will work with a local analyst to accelerate growth and improve commercial execution, shaping the business in coming years.

The role requires 10+ years in strategy and P&L, strong analytic capability, and excellent Spanish/English communication within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in business, economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience including 3–5 years in strategic planning and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategy partner for Iberia leadership and provide analytical insights.
• Develop board-level presentation materials for executives.
• Set and track annual regional goals in a matrix organization.
• Lead Sales Operations activities: Territory design, quota setting, customer targeting, performance management.
• Oversee FP&A activities: monthly close, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management.
• Build and manage a team of analysts.
• Prioritize stakeholder requests and deliver on commitments.
