Gilead Sciences is seeking a senior leader to define and drive Iberia’s commercial capability strategy across Spain and Portugal, leading omnichannel, CRM (Veeva), and AI-enabled transformations. You will shape data-driven decision making, collaborate with regional and global teams, and guide a high-performing, multi-country team.
Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of leadership in pharma/commercial excellence, with extensive experience in omnichannel, CRM, and analytics, and a strong track record
Formación
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- MBA or similar strongly preferred (Business/Marketing/Analytics/Digital Transformation/Data Science).
- At least 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in pharma/regulated industries.
Responsabilidades
- Define and deliver Iberia Commercial Capability Strategy for Spain and Portugal.
- Lead omnichannel excellence and governance with KPIs and analytics.
- Own Iberia CRM (Veeva) strategy and roadmap; build a 360-degree customer ecosystem.
- Define AI vision for commercial orgs and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead CL&D strategy for Sales in Spain & Portugal with a modern, digital curriculum.
- Lead and develop a 4-6 person multiprofile omnichannel/CRM/L&D team and foster high-performance culture.
