Almirall seeks a Marketing & Digital Senior Leader to define and execute the end-to-end digital strategy for the Healthcare Division (Prescription and Pharmacy) in Spain. You will leverage data, advanced digital capabilities and AI to enhance commercial effectiveness, customer engagement and growth.

The role focuses on leading AI-driven initiatives, driving digital transformation, and increasing productivity across Healthcare teams in a fast-evolving market.

Formación

• University degree in a relevant discipline (digital marketing, business administration, scientific).
• At least 8 years of proven experience in digital strategy, omnichannel marketing and/or e-commerce, preferably within healthcare, pharma or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, CRM platforms and data-driven marketing.
• Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
• Solid knowledge of AI applications in marketing, customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution and impact.
• Experience leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the integrated digital strategy for Prescription and Pharmacy businesses across Almirall Spain.
• Drive omnichannel engagement models targeting HCPs and pharmacies and optimize digital touchpoints.
• Translate strategic priorities into campaigns and initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee digital ecosystem development including websites, CRM, and e-commerce channels.
• Lead AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making in Healthcare teams.
• Strengthen pharmacy-channel initiatives and digital platforms to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, BI and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Coach and develop a high-performing digital team and drive execution excellence.
