Cytokinetics is seeking a Senior Commercial Director for Spain/Portugal to lead sales, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. You will drive launch readiness, build relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and regulators, and shape the regional commercial strategy with deep Spain knowledge.

The role requires strategic and operational leadership, proven success in specialty launches, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with success in launches of specialty therapies.
• Strong understanding of Spanish healthcare systems, market access pathways, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Spanish commercial strategy for Cytokinetics assets.
• Lead the Spanish sales and marketing teams to achieve regional targets.
• Represent the commercial function on the Spanish Senior Leadership team.
• Monitor market dynamics and inform strategic decisions with cross-functional input.
• Drive launch readiness and payer engagement across Spain and Portugal.
