Rhythm Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Brand Manager, Iberia, to lead localization and execution of marketing initiatives across Spain and Portugal. You will work with the Spanish GM, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategy alignment and measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes omnichannel campaigns, patient-centric and digital innovation initiatives, and collaboration with Medical and Sales. Based in Iberia with Madrid affiliate, hybrid work and occasional travel are involved.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or medical science; MBA/Marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead localization and execution of Iberia marketing plans across Spain and Portugal.
• Manage omnichannel marketing initiatives with Medical, Sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory requirements.
• Oversee congresses and events for the Iberia market.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize tactics with data-driven insights.
