Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Senior Brand Manager, Iberia, to lead marketing in Spain and Portugal.

The role partners with the Spanish GM, Commercial, and International Marketing to ensure compliant, high-impact campaigns that resonate with HCPs and patients across the Iberia region. You will drive local market initiatives, oversee cross-functional workstreams, and optimize omnichannel programs to deliver tangible business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or medical science; MBA/Marketing is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ national pharmaceutical marketing experience; sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in rare diseases and product launches is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead localization and execution of Iberia marketing plans across Spain and Portugal.
• Collaborate with GM, Commercial, International Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
• Oversee omnichannel initiatives from concept to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliant execution and strong brand integration in the region.
• Plan events/congresses and manage KPIs and regional budget.
