Henry Schein Iberia is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Leader to shape the Iberian digital agenda, aligning business needs with technology and customer experience. You will lead the roadmap across divisions and drive growth, efficiency and digital transformation.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales, IT and EMEA stakeholders, manage cross‑functional projects, and push SEO, Analytics and Marketing Automation initiatives to deliver tangible business results.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional digital projects from definition through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, preferably Magento/Adobe Commerce.
• Experience with PIM solutions such as Akeneo.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot, Brevo or similar.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, Analytics and digital performance.
• Experience working with agencies, technology providers and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• A data-driven, proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent English is mandatory, as you will collaborate regularly with EMEA stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and coordinate the Digital & eCommerce roadmap across Iberia, aligning with business priorities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on growth, customer experience and efficiency.
• Act as the key connection between Iberia and the EMEA Digital & eCommerce organization.
• Coordinate local digital projects with Marketing, Sales, IT and partners.
• Drive evolution of eCommerce platforms and the customer journey.
• Prioritize developments and digital solutions with stakeholders.
• Share best practices across SEO, SEM, CRO, Analytics.
• Monitor digital performance with KPIs and data-driven insights.
