nVent seeks a Sales Manager Industrial to lead commercial operations across Iberia, focusing on the electrical and industrial automation sectors. You will drive revenue and margin growth, implement sales deployment directions, and strengthen wholesale and customer relationships.

The role requires leading the local sales team, mentoring staff, and coordinating with Sales Support, while aligning pricing, budgets, and marketing plans to achieve regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering or industrial automation is preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales, local and international.
• Proven leadership of sales teams with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing aligns with cluster directions and sales deployment.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and pricing procedures.
• Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the sales team with Sales Support.
• Build and execute a local Marketing and Sales Plan.
• Conduct joint customer visits and supervise field sales performance.
• Lead wholesale relationships, agreements, bonuses, rebates, and data management.
