Job summary

TD SYNNEX Iberia is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead priority mid-sized and large initiatives, connecting country, regional and EMEA stakeholders. You will drive governance, cross-stream delivery, and the adoption of automation and AI-enabled improvements across Iberia.

You will establish a Super User network, coordinate across streams, and lead business process optimisation and BPA coordination for Spain and Portugal, ensuring measurable benefits and effective change management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management & cross-stream delivery across Iberia.
• Act as Country Master Coordinator for Iberia; build Super User networks.
• Lead business process optimisation across Spain and Portugal.
• Coordinate BPA community and automation initiatives.
• Stakeholder, change & adoption management with senior leaders.
