Job summary

TD SYNNEX Europe Services and Operations S.L.U. in Barcelona seeks a Project & Business Process Coordinator to drive cross-functional projects, support process improvements, system testing, automation and change management across Iberia.

You will coordinate testing, UAT, and stakeholders while enabling European initiatives locally, with strong emphasis on SAP processes and end-to-end business workflows. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Process Improvement, Operations or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business and sales processes.
• Experience with SAP and system or process testing.
• Hands-on, organised and proactive approach with strong stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning and testing through implementation and adoption.
• Manage timelines, actions, dependencies and stakeholders across different business areas.
• Coordinate system testing and UAT, including test scenarios and business validation.
• Support European initiatives locally, working with Super Users, business teams and central stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and harmonise existing business processes.
• Support process automation, gathering requirements and coordinating testing/implementation of bots and other solutions.
• Drive change management, communication and adoption of new processes and systems.
