Job summary

Siemens Madrid is seeking a Programme Manager to lead Delivery and Lifecycle Grid Control projects across Iberia (Spain and Portugal). You will provide strategic oversight of the regional project portfolio and own selected key projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee Grid Control Delivery and Lifecycle project portfolio in Iberia, driving execution excellence, operational performance, and customer success.
Personally manage strategic and complex projects, with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Ensure full compliance with Siemens and global governance standards.
Guide and support Project Managers and Lifecycle Success Managers.
Serve as primary escalation point for program-related customer challenges.
Contribute to bid evaluations, project reviews, resource planning, and risk management.
Foster a culture of transformation, collaboration, and performance across the territory.
