Siemens is seeking a Program Manager to lead Delivery and Lifecycle Grid Control projects across Iberia (Spain and Portugal). You will provide strategic oversight of the regional project portfolio and own selected key projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a university engineering/computer science/business degree, 7+ years in project management, and strong leadership and governance capabilities in an international setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, ideally in energy or software.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with global governance.
• Strong people management, leadership, and communication skills; engaging customers across functions.
• Creative, energetic, assertive, independent working style with customer orientation.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Grid Control Delivery and Lifecycle project portfolio in Iberia, driving execution and customer success.
• Personally manage strategic and complex projects with end-to-end accountability.
• Ensure full compliance with Siemens and global governance standards.
• Guide and support Project Managers and Lifecycle Success Managers to deliver on time and within budget.
• Primary escalation point for program-related customer challenges and relationships.
• Contribute to bid evaluations, reviews, resource planning, and risk management.
• Foster transformation, collaboration, and performance across the territory.
