TD SYNNEX Iberia seeks a senior Programme Manager to lead priority cross-functional initiatives, connecting country, regional and EMEA stakeholders. You will drive governance, readiness, and adoption while harmonising processes across Spain and Portugal.

The role emphasizes building and governing networks of Super Users and SMEs, coordinating automation opportunities, and delivering measurable productivity improvements within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in mid-sized/large cross-functional projects.
• Strong governance, planning and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple streams and countries in a matrix.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-stream delivery and governance for Iberia initiatives.
• Coordinate Country Master Coordination (CMC) and Super User networks.
• Drive business process optimisation and automation coordination.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and change/ adoption management.
