Job summary

Camper, a contemporary footwear brand based on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, seeks a Country Director to lead the business in its market across Wholesale, Retail and Digital. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and act as the brand’s senior ambassador locally.

You will manage P&L, oversee omnichannel networks, develop a high-performing team, and ensure a distinctive customer experience that reflects Camper’s heritage and Mediterranean inspiration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership or business management roles with an omnichannel perspective.
• Proven financial management skills in managing P&L statements and budgets.
• High-level negotiation skills with strategic clients and cross-functional influence.
• Inspiring leadership, resilience and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and business vision: design and implement medium- and long-term strategic plan for the country.
• P&L management: lead financial performance, balance growth, efficiency and profitability.
• Omnichannel excellence: drive performance of Retail, Wholesale and Digital channels.
• Brand stewardship: act as the business’s principal ambassador in the market.
• People leadership: attract, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
