The role requires 5+ years in commercial leadership, solid P&L experience, and fluent English. You will lead omnichannel initiatives, negotiate with strategic partners, and inspire a high-performing sales

Position Summary

As Country Director, you will take overall responsibility for the business in your assigned market, defining the commercial strategy and ensuring profitable and sustainable growth across all channels (Wholesale, Retail and Digital). You will be the brand’s leading representative in the country and the driving force behind the local team.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and business vision: To design and implement the medium- and long-term strategic plan for the country, identifying new opportunities for distribution, expansion and positioning in line with global guidelines.

• Comprehensive P&L management: To lead the market’s financial performance (sales, contribution margin and operating budget), balancing growth, efficiency and sustainable profitability.

• Omnichannel excellence (Retail, Wholesale and Digital): Drive the performance of the sales network: optimise the network of company-owned shops, strengthen key accounts and department stores, and accelerate the digital channel’s presence and services.

• Brand stewardship and positioning: Act as the business’s principal ambassador in the market, ensuring a distinctive customer experience and conveying insights into local consumer behaviour to head office.

• People leadership: Attract, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, motivation and alignment with the company’s objectives.

Requirements

• Over 5 years’ experience in commercial leadership or business management roles with an omnichannel perspective.

• Proven financial management skills in managing and defending profit and loss (P&L) statements and budgets.

• High-level negotiation skills with strategic clients and the ability to exert influence across functional boundaries.

• Inspiring leadership, resilience and a results-oriented approach.

• Experience in team management.

• Fluency in English.
