Job summary

Ambit Iberia is seeking a Project & Change Manager to lead a strategic Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation within a global enterprise. You will blend project management with organizational change management to drive design, migration, adoption, and stabilization of a large-scale IAM cloud transformation.

The role requires navigating complex environments, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring business continuity and compliance across multiple workstreams and locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program/Transformation management with strong organizational change responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cloud migrations, platform modernizations, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders, executive governance forums, external vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Cybersecurity, or related domains.
• Certifications such as SAFe®, PMP®, PRINCE2® or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project roadmap, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate solution design, migration execution, testing, deployment, and operational handover activities.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communication plans, training activities, and adoption programs.
• Facilitate workshops, steering meetings, and decision-making forums, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare concise executive reports, steering committee updates, and decision-making materials.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project readiness, user adoption, deployment progress, and business outcomes.
• Ensure security, compliance, validation, audit, and business continuity requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams, functions, and geographical locations.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and transition into operational support.
