Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a highly experienced IAM Technical Lead with deep expertise in One Identity Manager (Onie) to drive IAM transformation, NPA governance, entitlement remediation, and role governance initiatives. The consultant will bridge business stakeholders and development teams, guiding solution design and providing hands-on guidance.

You will lead One Identity Manager leadership, design target-state IAM solutions, review processes, mentor teams, and conduct design reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (Onie), versions 8.x/9.x preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC design, access governance, and approval workflows.
• Experience leading One Identity Manager implementation or upgrade projects.
• Experience with data cleansing, entitlement mapping, and joiner-mixer-leaver processes.
• Ability to design target-state IAM architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead One Identity Manager initiatives and act as SME and Technical Lead.
• Define target-state IAM solutions and architect them to business requirements.
• Review and optimize IAM processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Mentor development teams on configuration, customization, and implementation best practices.
• Conduct design reviews and validate technical solutions.
• Drive NPA governance, remediation, and lifecycle controls for NPAs and entitlements.
• Develop birthright access strategies and RBAC models.
• Support access certification, joining/mover/leaver processes, and SoD controls.
• Perform hands-on validation in One Identity Manager environments and run SQL queries for troubleshooting.
