Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. You will map the market, source, run first interviews, and present trusted shortlists to hiring managers.

This role suits someone with ~2 years in tech recruitment, fluent English and Spanish, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS. Hybrid work and global candidate outreach are offered.

Formación

• This role requires ~2 years in tech or engineering recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Fluent English (C1) and Spanish.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Teamtailor a plus).
• Organized and proactive: own a search without being told each step.
• Genuine curiosity about technology, space and connectivity.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing: build and run proactive search strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter for hard-to-find profiles.
• Screening & first interviews: review applications, conduct first-round interviews, coordinate assessments.
• Hiring manager partnership: align on profile, calibrate shortlist, keep searches moving.
• Candidate experience: clear and timely communication for every candidate.
• Process & data: keep Teamtailor clean and current for reliable pipeline reporting.
• Employer branding: help run events and content to show what working here is like.
