TwinRed, a Barcelona-based recruitment team, is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to own the full hiring process in our Diagonal office. You will source, screen, interview and onboard candidates while partnering with hiring managers across locations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in recruitment, strong sourcing and IT/tech hiring experience, and excellent English. You will join an international environment with flexible benefits and a modern office in Barcelona.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates directly and headhunting.
• Experience recruiting IT/technical profiles is highly valued.
• Excellent level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with hiring managers and candidates.
• Good understanding of recruitment best practices and applicable hiring regulations.
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Proactively source and approach candidates for open positions across functions and seniority levels.
• Recruit IT and technical profiles, collaborating with technical hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define candidate profiles and keep processes moving forward.
• Create and update job descriptions; advertise vacancies on relevant boards and channels.
• Improve recruitment tools and processes to keep hiring efficient and organized.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates and timely follow-ups.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws and best practices.
• Coordinate onboarding with relevant teams to prepare new joiners for day one and first weeks.
• Support management of employee benefits and participate in onboarding initiatives.
