Technica Electronics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team in a hybrid role in Sant Cugat del Vallès. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering and tech profiles, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and more, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers across Engineering SW/HW/FPGA/Systems & Web/R&D/Operations and enjoy a global, technology-driven environment with growth

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• Internship or up to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is desirable but not essential.
• Strong interest in recruitment, especially within technical and engineering environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and international environment.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or other recruitment tools is a plus.
• Fluency in the local language and working proficiency in English (intermediate level or above) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for different positions across the company.
• Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' motivation and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, university events, and recruitment campaigns when needed.
• Support continuous improvements of recruitment processes and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Learn about the technology market and develop expertise in recruiting engineering/technology profiles.
