Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. You will map the market, source, run first interviews, and present trusted shortlists to hiring managers.

This role suits someone with ~2 years in tech recruitment, fluent English and Spanish, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS. Hybrid work and global candidate outreach are offered.

About the Team & This Role

We're growing fast, and recruitment is how we get there. As Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll own hiring end to end for a portfolio of technical and non-technical roles: mapping the market, sourcing, running first interviews, and giving hiring managers a shortlist they trust.

This is a step up for someone with ~2 years in tech recruitment who wants more ownership, harder searches, and a mission worth the effort.

What you'll do

• Sourcing: build and run proactive search strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter and beyond for hard-to-find technical and non-technical profiles.
• Screening & first interviews: review applications, run structured first-round interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Hiring manager partnership: align on the profile, calibrate the shortlist, and keep searches moving.
• Candidate experience: clear, timely communication for every candidate, a \"yes\" and a \"no\" both handled well.
• Process & data: keep Teamtailor clean and current so our pipeline and reporting stay reliable.
• Employer branding: help run events, university fairs and content that show what working here is actually like.

What you bring

• ~2 years in tech or engineering recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Fluent English (C1) and Spanish; you'll speak with candidates worldwide every day.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Teamtailor a plus).
• Organized and proactive: comfortable owning a search without being told each step.
• Genuine curiosity about technology, space and connectivity.

Bonus if you have

• Experience hiring engineering, deep-tech, hardware or space profiles.
• High-volume or scale-up hiring experience.
• A third language (Catalan, French, Italian, German…).
• Familiarity with structured interviewing or hiring metrics.
